Re: Villa Nispero
1 Only the people named on the booking form are allowed to use any of the facilities without
prior permission of the villa owners.
2 The owner accepts no responsibility for loss or accident, it is therefore required that you arrange your own Holiday Insurance.
3 The cost of electricity, gas and water is included except for gas room heaters, if required.
4 The letting includes bed linen, towels and tea towels, which are changed on a weekly basis. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are provided for your use.
5 Towels or any other equipment must not be removed from the villa. It is therefore advisable to bring your own beach and bathing towels.
6 Keys will be handed to you on your arrival, it is therefore essential that you tell us in advance of your estimated time of arrival.
7 The arrival time at the villa should be no earlier than 4.00 p.m. unless by prior arrangement. The villa should be vacated no later than 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure, unless by prior arrangement.
8 A deposit of 30% is required within 14 days of the reservation or the booking will be released. The balance is due six weeks prior to your booked date. 15% of the total price will be withheld if the booking is cancelled by you for any reason. If it is necessary to cancel after payment of the final amount then 85% would be withheld, unless a re-booking of the same dates are obtained.
9 In the event of a late booking, i.e. within six weeks of your arrival date, the whole of the amount will be payable immediately your booking is confirmed.
10 Villa Nispero is privately owned. A breakage deposit of £100 (or the equivalent in the form of a cheque) is required on your arrival, which will be held as a protection against damage and/or breakages – (reasonable wear and tear excepted). Such deposit will be returned to you with in one week from your departure minus any cost for damage or breakages (if any).
11 Bookings are from Saturday p.m. to Saturday a.m. unless by prior arrangement.
